Here is something special for you to sip on this month….all of the flavors of pumpkin pie blended together in a nutritious smoothie! Added bonus: it is dairy-free!
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or other milk)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree (fresh or canned)
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
1/4 tsp each of Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Ginger
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or Vitamix. Serve.
