There is so much inherent beauty in a month which invites us into a deeper practice of gratitude. A life lived with gratitude as its backbone is a life that is full and well lived, but that doesn’t mean that it’s easy to obtain. The practice of gratitude is so like the practice of yoga; it is an ongoing evolvement that requires a certain amount of diligence. Thankfully, we have tools and ideals to help us along the way, to point us in the right direction, and to align our heads with our hearts. This month at Willow Tree WC, we’ll be diving deep into what it means to live a life steeped in gratitude. We’ll also be sharing tips and information all month long on how to put gratitude into practice on a day to day level so be sure to stop back here regularly and “Like” us on Facebook so you can gather all the goodness we’ll be serving up!
