Savor Simple Pleasures
Each day, we enjoy little indulgences, which we often take for granted. Tune in to the experience of savoring the warmth of a steaming cup of coffee, the comfort of a soft sweater, or the freshness of a crisp breeze passing by. Become intimate with your senses of sight, touch, sound, smell, and taste and observe how each indulgence stimulates your senses. Noticing these every day luxuries keeps us grateful and reminds us that life is meant to be enjoyed.
