Running is great for your health, but it can create some imbalances in your body. Yoga provides dynamic flexibility training that increases core strength and reduces the chance of injury. Join instructor Sara Bowman for this functional workshop where you will learn some basics about the breath, stretching, and strengthening found in a yoga practice and how these practices can result in better, more energy efficient runs. You’ll also learn a 15 minute sequence that can be done anywhere!
