Our Couples Yoga Workshop is ideal for couples interested in exploring deeper levels of connection and trust through yoga. Within this fun and unique experience, you and your partner will laugh together as you strengthen and stretch the body. Using gentle pressure, body weight, and skillful touch, we will work one on one to maximize stretching and explore alignment in classical yoga asana; utilizing each other to help balance, counter-balance, stretch farther, and co-create the postures. No experience needed.
