Often, March seems to be the month that we wait through to get to spring. Well not this year! We have some fun new offerings in our yoga schdule for the month of March that may just make you develop a fondness for this in-between month!
We've added some really fun classes on Friday evenings with instructor Jennifer Triassi:
5:30-6:30pm Hot Yoga*
6:45-7:45pm Lunar Flow
*Hot Yoga is $15/class; a $3 surcharge will apply if you have a package or membership.
Pre-registration is highly recommended to secure your spot.
**Bring your own treats and/or beverages and stay to enjoy the company of other yogis.
Every Thrusday in March we're offering a special gentlemen only yoga class. We know it's hard to try new things; especially if you're surrounded by members of the opposite sex. So we invite the guys to spend four weeks practicing yoga and discovering its many benefits.

We've also added an extra Beginner Level yoga class to our regular schedule on Saturday mornings at 8:45am! We love that so many people are giving yoga a try and we want to give you more opportunities to learn this new practice.
