ABOUT THE PROGRAMS
Integrating power yoga (hot), cross-training, core strength, and inversion training, these progressive 30, 60, and 90 day programs will take you to the next level. You will have access to:
Unlimited Yoga Classes
Group Nutritional Coaching Sessions
Workout/Meal Templates so you have a clear schedule
Ongoing Personal Email Support
Each program segways into the next so that you increase levels each month (or sooner if you need more of a challenge). The 90 day will yield the best results as you have more time to move up through the levels, but the 30 day kickstarter will give you a good idea of what you can acheive in a short time.
Those who sign up for the 60 or 90 day packages will receive a free DVD custom made for these bootcamps to do at home if you cannot make a class. Suggestions will be made for those in the 30 day program as an alternative to coming to class or you will have the option to purchase a DVD separately.
In the group nutritional coaching sessions we will watch inspiring and educational TED talks and have weekly nutrition topic discussions. I do not promote one way of eating over another, but instead recommend basic eating guidelines that will ensure weight loss if you follow them and suggestions on how to deal with cravings and other challenges. You will be provided with a folder complete with all handouts and exercises.
TRANSFORM BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE
We understanding how challenging it can be to make time for yourself and your health. As such, we've structured the Transform Bootcamp schedule to offer a variety of options for you. In addition to unlimited yoga classes, you'll have access to our customized Core Strength, Cross Training, and Inversion Training Classes.
These classes are scheduled at various days and times to make it convenient for you to experience all of them as often as you like. You'll have two options for participating in the once weekly Group Meetings, which will help ensure you'll have the continued support of your Bootcamp Team. The schedule below is for the first month of Bootcamp and may be revised for following months based on the needs of the group.
ABOUT HEALTH COACH, SHAWN CLAVELLE
As a former RN, I feel very grateful to have the medical background as a foundation for helping people succeed in the wellness arena. Participating in competitive sports as a child and adult, I understand the challenges and injuries that can accompany many sports. This is exactly the reason I switched to yoga and as a result have discovered a fitness level I have never achieved before. After coming to the realization that nursing was not my ultimate calling, I earned my certificate in holistic health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and then became certified as a yoga instructor. I currently teach power vinyasa flow yoga here at Willow Tree.
My years of experience, good and bad, in collegiate level athletics as well as being a coach myself have shaped the way I interact with clients and students today. I value respect, trust, and the ability to truly listen to others. I have created a program that I believe increases your chances for success by increasing support, decreasing group sizes, providing an ideal environment for growth, and integrating four types of exercise along with nutritional coaching. I strongly believe in attacking changes from a place of compassion and curiosity. When we stop fighting ourselves and try to understand what is happening, amazing things happen!
HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

But it does need special attention paid to the structure of your fitness plan, your environment, and what you put in your body.
Environment is crucial when making changes because we become exposed in many ways. Our inviting and private studio and office spaces for group coaching allow for a more comfortable and personalized experience. Exploring the deep underlying sources of why we engage in unhealthy habits is important.
Getting support and guidance from a small group of people going through the same thing is extremely powerful and decreases the chance of giving up when the going gets tough. Developing new relationships and trusted connections are an integral part of these programs and your overall success.
You could keep doing this on your own. I did it for years and was convinced I would eventually find the secret to success. I eventually did and that's why I developed this program. It includes all the crucial aspects of what I have learned about success after years of struggle, failure, and loss. You don’t have to go through the same thing.
